ATTORNEY MARK BREWSTER
Mark P. Brewster is the owner and president of The Brewster Law Firm. He has over 27 years experience in construction law and litigation, complex commercial litigation, transactional work, insurance defense, and general legal work. His experience includes construction defect, premises defect, design defect, mechanic’s liens, contract negotiation, real estate transactions and litigation, writing and litigating leases and all sorts of real estate contracts, writing and litigating a wide variety of business contracts, personal injury defense, product liability defense, deceptive trade practices, usury, fraud, conversion, trespass, invasion of privacy, and many others. His work for each client is thorough, persistent, and passionate. His practice is primarily located in central and south Texas.
Mr. Brewster is not only a lawyer and litigator, he is also a legal educator. He designed a course in Texas construction law at St. Mary’s Law School and he wrote the textbook for the course. He is a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor given to only 1/3 of 1% of all Texas Lawyers each year. He taught employment law in the Master’s program at the Keller School of Management, DeVry University, in San Antonio.
