David is an Associate at the Brewster Law Firm, having joined us in November 2019. David represents our clients on various legal matters, including estate planning, negligence, insurance defense, and business litigation. While in law school, David served as a Staff Writer and Comment Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal and competed in moot court competitions. David recently published an article in Volume 51 of the St. Mary’s Law Journal discussing the law and policy surrounding conflicts between home-rule cities and the state government in Texas through the lens of environmental regulation.
