Mark Brewster

Owner, Attorney

I am fundamentally motivated to help people live rewarding lives by setting them up for success, helping them understand what is possible, and striving to help make it come true.

Mark P. Brewster is the owner and president of The Brewster Law Firm. He has been licensed since 1988 and has practiced in the areas of construction law and litigation, complex commercial litigation, transactional work, insurance defense, and general legal representation since then. His work for each client is thorough, persistent, and passionate. His practice is primarily located in central and south Texas.

Mark created a course in Texas construction law at St. Mary’s Law School, and he wrote the textbook for the course. He taught the course in 2013 and 2014. He is a fellow in both the Texas Bar Foundation and the San Antonio Bar Association, an honor given to less than 1% of all Texas Lawyers each year. He taught employment law in the Master’s program at the Keller School of Management, DeVry University, in San Antonio.
